GIRLS JUST WANNA HAVE FUN Pattern- All Test Quilts
My testers were so wonderful in testing the Girls Just Wanna Have Fun pattern for me. They were all so patient with the numerous errors and fixes that came about. They offered the most forthcoming feedback and were so supportive. The Girls Just Wanna Have Fun pattern was my first attempt at a triangle pattern. The first draft I sent them was- let’s be honest- a hot mess! I was ready to scrap the whole project, but they all assured me that once we fine-tuned a few things it was a fun quilt to make. They also told me not to give up on triangles completely, but it will be a while before I attempt another triangle quilt!
Alisha is up first, look at how beautiful her quilt looks next to those Hydrangeas!! The grey background just pulled all of her blue tones together.

Anne-Marie’s is so vibrant! I love the colors the greens make the quilt pop!

I cannot get over the mustard triangles in Darlene’s quilt! I also enjoy how she organized her blocks to look less scrappy. It’s so fun to see all of the different variations my test ladies come up with!

Karen used Tula Pink as well. You can never go wrong with Tula Pink! I love seeing non-white backgrounds, they add another layer of depth to the quilt pattern design.

Nancy did a fabulous job, don’t you just love all of those blues and greens?!

Paula’s is the crib size. How sweet would this look in a nursery?! Adorable!

Sarah got super creative with her quilt pattern by using a darker background for her triangles. I love her black background!
