Shipping Policy
Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
Carriers
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
USPS
UPS
FedEx
DHL
Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
Shipping Rates
Yellow Umbrella Quilts charges a flat rate of $4.95 for domestic shipping. Wholesale and international orders will be charged based on weight and size.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Patterns, PDF or Print, are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Return Exceptions
If your order has been damaged, let us know! We will get in contact with the shipping company and get you a new pattern ASAP!
Please contact [email protected] if you find a correction that is not listed on the Pattern Corrections page. We will fix the error and send you a coupon for the inconvenience.
